How long before I receive my proof?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive your digital proof in 2-3 working days. Which means, if you place your order on the weekend, you will receive your proof on Tuesday or Wednesday at latest.

How long before I receive my printing?

Once you have approved your digital proof, printing will take 2-3 weeks, depending on the style of printing you have. Foil printing takes a little longer than digital printing, as a special plate is created to stamp the foil onto your stationery. 

Can you send me a printed proof of my stationery?

Unfortunately we do not offer this service, however you can order a sample pack to view the paper stocks and quality of our printing before placing your order.

I love this invitation, but can I change the colour?

You certainly can! Please contact us to discuss your requirements before placing your order.

Will my invitations come with envelopes? 

All save the dates, invitations and thank you cards come with plain white envelopes. You can also purchase coloured envelopes at an additional cost. Each listing will specify if it comes with envelopes.

How many invitations should I order? 

We recommend ordering at least a few spares (approx 10) to what you think you may need. You may have some last minute additions or spill wine on a few while you're packing for the post! Don't forget to take a set with you to your wedding, so your photographer can capture all elements of your big day.

Is there a minimum order quantity for stationery?

We have a minimum order of 40 for all of our printed invitation pieces. 

Is there a minimum order quantity for cake toppers?

No minimum order at all.

Is there a minimum order quantity for place cards?

We have a minimum order of 10 for all of our acrylic and paper place cards.

My order is faulty. Please help!

If your order has arrived with any faults at all, please contact us and provide as much information as you can about the issue. We value you as our loyal customer and value our high quality products, so will aim to sort this out as soon as possible.
